After the inspection you will be provided with details and unbiased information about the property. If we discover any defects, safety hazards or areas of concern that need repairs, you will receive the information in an easy-to-read report. We review all areas including the following plus more:

• Roof – including flashing, shingles, structure

• Exterior of the property – walkways, paint, siding

• HVAC – ducts, filters, furnaces

• Electrical – visually inspect as much of the electrical systems as we think it is safe to do

• Foundations, Basements and Crawl Spaces – check for water damage, cracks

In addition to these areas, upon request we can also add radon testing, pool inspections and mold inspections.  Our report of all areas and images for added clarity will be delivered within 24 hours of your inspection.
